PASSKEY-POWERED TIME TRACKING

A time clock your team can't share

Employees scan the QR code or tap the NFC tag at the site, then confirm with a passkey on their device. That is the whole time card. There are no passwords or PINs, and no one can clock in for a coworker.

Clock in / out
✓ 🍽 Heading out for lunch

Clocking in takes about five seconds

There is nothing to type or remember, and nothing to hand to a coworker.

1
Scan the QR code or tap the NFC tagEach entrance has one or the other posted. Your phone's location confirms you're on site, so a photo of the code won't work.
2
Press the buttonThe system already knows whether you're clocking in or out, so no names appear on screen.
3
Check your fingerprintYour passkey confirms it's you, and it never leaves your phone.

What owners get

The crew has nothing new to learn, and you can trust the hours.

Can't be shared.Passkeys live on each person's own phone, so there's no PIN to lend and no card to lose.
Two ways to punch in.Scan the QR code or tap the NFC tag. Both lead to the same passkey check.
Location checked.A punch counts only when the phone's GPS puts it within range of the site.
Lunch breaks.Mid-day breaks are labeled separately, and the day's hours still add up correctly.
Fraud flags.Double taps, impossible travel, skipped lunches and manual entries are flagged for review automatically.
Payroll export.Hours, overtime, missed time and holidays export to CSV. Punches can only be added, never edited. To fix a mistake, you add a correction, and the original stays on record.

Know who was on site, and when

Every punch is tied to a person and a place, every shift, at every site.
